Well actually, Connor had moved his mouth down to his neck, and had started to slowly press some kisses into the side of it. Did that happen in the script?
Hudson made a little noise that he cut off by biting his lip, his hands tightening on Connor's waist. He fluttered his eyelids, trying to find the resolve to cut Connor off because this really was getting a bit dangerous for him, especially with the involvement of neck kisses.
A second later, Connor ended it for them. He made a sudden little pop noise with his mouth as he pulled away, gasping and looking up at Hudson with wide eyes.
"Shit. I'm so sorry. I don't think that happens," Connor said to him, clearly back in his body because the accent had dropped.

Summary
Fifteen minutes before a flight, Connor learns there are fears worse than fame, worse than longing, and far worse than wanting his best friend. Some fears don’t stay quiet when you’re alone with them.
“I don’t know why you freaked out over that. It was nothing… we kiss all the time. It wasn’t a big deal,” Hudson dismissed, shifting uncomfortably. Connor scoffed, rubbing his hands over his face. He found this all so ironic; it was as if he was Shane and Hudson was Ilya, dismissing him just like the Florida hotel scene they had acted out just months prior.
“Oh, fuck you, Hudson. It wasn’t ‘nothing’.”
It was now his turn to be angry.
“You don’t just kiss your best friend’s neck, not like that, and have it mean ‘nothing’. You’re not fucking stupid.”
Or: Hudson kisses Connor's neck and they both begin to panic
