    He might not have known much about him going in, but Izuku soon finds out that Katsuki is the coolest guy he’s ever met and he’s impossible not to fall for.

    “Don’t look at me,” Izuku hissed. Shame rattled in his chest like a hornet’s nest stinging him all over with indignity. “Please don’t look.”

    Izuku tried then to shove Katsuki away, ignoring the agonizing ache in his body. Katsuki glowered and easily caught his wrists, forcing him to still. They made eye contact and crimson eyes were wild, far deadlier than Izuku had ever witnessed in another person.

    “Who.” Katsuki spoke simply. “Tell me who did this to you.”

Katsuki Bakugou isn’t the golden prodigy anymore, he’s a sun-bleached apology in a surf shop, a storm he never learned to name.

    What started at thirteen with salt, a kiss and a cruelty... never stopped pulling. Years of silence calcified into hate, regret, self-loathing and a want neither of them knows how to survive. Now they keep colliding in doorways and bars, on sandbars and sidewalks, caught between who they were and who they’re terrified to be. Izuku is done drowning. Bakugou is done pretending the tide isn’t his fault.

    This is about the love you survive, the apologies that come too late, and the kind of forgiveness that feels like standing in the break and choosing to stay.

    Inseparable childhood friends Midoriya and Bakugou always dreamed of together becoming Music Stars just like their favorite Rock Star All Might! Sadly, life had other plans for Midoriya and they drifted apart before high school.

    Bakugou attended the famous UA school and became a Rock star known as Dynamight!
    While Deku kept being just a normal, unknown person.

    Still, Deku was Dynamight's number-one fan! He goes to all concerts but never tries to talk to his old friend for fear Kacchan won't remember him... However, during a show one night, Bakugou locks eyes with Deku in the crowd. Dynamight's voice gains a previously unheard passion and he does not break eye contact with Deku. Maybe, just maybe, does his dear Kacchan still remember him after all those years...?
