He wasn’t even going to say Deku’s name out loud. Wasn’t giving him the time of day, even in a conversation about him. That weird awkward virgin was not worth his precious time, and certainly not what Kirishima was suggesting.
“But Bakugouuu,” Kirishima wailed, hanging off Katsuki’s arm with monster meathead jock strength. “My dad said I can’t date if Deku doesn’t date. Do you understand what that means?”
“Less chance of knocking someone up and creating more of you in the world?”

Suguru brings men home and Satoru wonders if, judging by the pangs in his chest and the sudden overwhelming urge to punt these hookups into the sun, he’s homophobic. They figure things out slowly.

Ash closes his eyes. Years of waiting culminate in weightless dust, soon to be swept away by the living. This earthen smell will fade. It will be overtaken by home-cooked meals and citron peels. Silence will forsake to Sunday radio static and the slow turnings of a page. Behind curtains, it’ll be the push and pull of their noses as they love each other sore, cutting into the pristine sheet of white starlight.
Slowly, they’ll imprint this house until it has become theirs. Ash waits for that day.
Or, the steps to remedy a fragile soul.

Summary
A strange, but not unwelcome, side effect of going out with Deku is his things making a home for themselves in Katsuki’s place. He’s incapable of turning a corner in his apartment without running into a trinket that reminds him of the nerd. Their belongings just start meshing up and mixing until they both have a little corner for each other in their homes, and Kastuki didn’t really have any issues with it.
Well, that was before today.
