Hinata, feeling Naruto's lack of interest in her makes the assumption that he didn't want to be in a relationship with her anymore.
Naruto's quick temper soon snaps on him causing him to argue with her. Hinata doing the same.
But the night didn't go how Hinata thought it would. The both of them were pleased by the outcome regardless.
