Mike leaned down, and Will hopped into his arms. Cradling him, Mike straightened back up. Tentatively, he placed one hand on Will’s back, his palm sinking into his fur.
“Well, we’ll go to the library and see what we can find,” Dustin said. “This is just physics, right? Matter can be rearranged in space, or changed in form? He’s just…rearranged.”
Jonathan sighed. “Please do not use the word ‘rearranged’ to describe my brother.”Will somehow gets changed into a rabbit. Mike volunteers to take care of him. Only problem is, Mike can't stop petting Will. Or telling him he's cute.

She paused, like she was asking Michelle to answer with her on place on the scale. And an hour earlier, Michelle would have answered a one and called it a night. But Michelle found the thought of saying one to feel…wrong. Like a shirt that wouldn’t fit.
Like a lie.
Because she thought she only liked guys. She had dated guys (a guy). Yes, she thought girls were pretty, but that was just having eyes, right?
She didn’t know if she was a one or a two or a four or a six. All she knew was that something was pulling her to Willow that she couldn’t quite explain.
And God, she wanted to find out what it was.Creative writing student Michelle is struggling with writing a kissing scene for her class. Her roommate Max drags her out to a club so she can get some “hands-on experience”. Michelle isn’t expecting it to actually be a gay club. She’s also not expecting to meet Willow, an outgoing art student who causes Michelle to rethink everything about herself.

The pencil flew out of his grasp and onto the floor. Will pushed his seat back and tried to grab the pencil off the floor. Then, his heart began pounding. Fast.
He clutched at his chest, his breaths increasing rapidly. His entire body seized up into a stone. He couldn’t move. The only emotion in his brain was fear. Pure, undistilled fear.
Will choked out, trying to swallow some oxygen in his pulsing lungs. He felt like a fish out of water, flopping around and gasping uselessly.
Finally, he choked down enough air to yell, “Help!”After the nightmare that was the Mind Flayer and Starcourt Mall, Will just wants to enjoy the rest of summer '85 with his friends. Things get complicated however, when he starts feeling peculiar emotions-emotions that aren't his. At first, Will thinks it's the work of the Mind Flayer, having found another way to torture him. But the more feelings that show up, the more Will realizes it might not be the Flayer after all. The real source of the feelings might be something much more terrifying.

“Don’t you remember?” Lucas asked softly. “When we were kids? Like, sixth grade. We all said we’d be in each other’s weddings.” He chuckled. “And Mike called dibs on being my best man, and then you and Dustin started freaking out, because you were both gonna call dibs, so I said you could all do it. Remember? I need all my best men.”
Will puffed out his cheeks, running a hand through his hair. He already hadn’t lived up to that twice now. He’d missed Dustin’s wedding, he hadn’t even been invited to Mike’s (not that he’d expected to be.) This was his last shot.
And something about it seemed final. If he missed this, then that was it. He had no doubt they’d still try to reach out, but it wouldn’t be the same. He would’ve broken something he couldn’t fix.
He sighed.
“Okay.”
Ten years after the end of the world, Lucas and Max get married.
It's a mess.

The thing about being gay and closeted---gay and closeted and desperate to stay there and terrified that the people around you will figure it out---is that it leads to a lot of walking on eggshells. You wear a purple shirt one time and a teammate says that it's girly, what are you, gay?, and you laugh it off then throw the shirt away and never wear anything purple (or pink, or orange or yellow, just to be safe) again. You can sacrifice that to keep your secret, your friendships, your career safe.
One locker room joke about bands that wear eyeliner, and rookie Shane Hollander (whose buddy Joe lost a stick of liner in his car on their way to Warped Tour that summer to celebrate the start of his NHL career) panics and says he doesn't listen to music at all, ever. To keep the lie going, he stops listening to music in public for over a decade---until Harris is trying to talk to him about a social media trend and references a song Shane is too distracted to pretend he doesn't know.
