Summary

Dean is in the hospital for an intense Heat.
He is also being detained for murder.
Castiel is the only volunteer willing to help, even though he's just a Scenting Alpha, and he isn't even on-call!
The hospital is unusually packed when Castiel gets there, a nurse he's never seen before snaps at him, and the cop guarding Dean's room looks more like a Texas Ranger. There's probably nothing weird about that, right?
