The radio crackled, “All units be advised, reports of a juvenile walking along the shoulder of highway l-10 close to exit 13A. Child appears to be around three years old, no adults in sight. Units in area please respond.”
“7-Lincoln-300 responding, 3 minutes out, tell EMS to be on standby.”
