Of course he's right.
Naruto is nothing short of a parasite, seeking to sap Obito of every minuscule ounce of pep in his step. A bloodsucking tic refusing to die or leave no matter how closely the flames come to scorching him. In all honesty he's probably built up a tolerance to the stench of his own flesh welting and burning under him, thanks to the only other living Uchiha.
'Should've killed him,' comes to the forefront of Obito's brain for all of a split second before he snuffs it out just as quickly.

Yuusaku looks at him for a long moment. Ogata can feel the weight of it without returning it. He concentrates on his bowl.
“You’re not a bad person,” Yuusaku repeats quietly, out of nowhere. “I know you don’t care whether I think that or not. But I do.”
Ogata’s chopsticks pause over the bowl.
He wants, for a moment, to ask what Yuusaku would say if he told him the worst things. If he described, in simple language, all the ways he has already crossed lines other men still pretend not to see. If he confessed, in the same flat tone he uses to enumerate ammunition, that he is sitting here planning how best to dismantle him, be it with his own hands and tongue or someone elses.
“You’re drunk,” Ogata says instead.

Ogata is enlisted to free Yuusaku from his virginity and ends up in way over his head with the whole ordeal.
