Summary
It had been a normal day in Afton's hell. William was taking a break since Cassidy was preparing something special. Cassidy was preparing to let William go from Ultimate Custom Night to another universe to start over. When Cassidy tells him this, William was surprised. The vengeful child was letting him go. Actually letting him go. She did warn him, however, that if he was to go back to his old ways, Cassidy would get involved.
William became Muzan Kibutsuji and everything was calm for the first couple of years. Then... William/Muzan got sick and began to experiment. When he turned into a demon using the Blue Spider Lily, he wanted to go further and further. He wanted to become more immortal.
This caught Cassidy's attention, and she knew that she had to get involved. Cassidy became Tsugikuni Yoriichi to stop him. Although Cassidy/Yoriichi was neglected by her new parents, she took the time to begin to plot how to bring William to hell. Even after her twin was turned into a demon and even after her death, Cassidy would not leave this world until William was taken back to hell.
Nothing would stop her until justice has been served for her mistakes.
And, maybe, she would get a new brother in the process.

Summary
Cassidy Brethal was never truly a child. Even though she died at the age of 7 in 1984, she never really felt like one. Nobody really understood her. The Devil of Justice. A monster, a mistake.
Then she is sent to Yokohama and meets Tsushima Shuuji.
Or Dazai Osamu.
Cassidy and Dazai go through the years, becoming a family. As they go, they add more people. Nakahara Chuuya, Ozaki Kouyou, Yumeno Kyuusaku, Izumi Kyouka, Elise. Cassidy vows to protect the city of Yokohama.
Of course, not even that can go well for her.
The Brethal Family and the Office of Justice want to torture their youngest member.
But they have to go through Dazai Osamu, Nakahara Chuuya, and Elizabeth Afton first.

Summary
Yokohama seals itself off because it doesn’t want help. Musutafu’s heroes decide that’s illegal. The Port Mafia responds by handing them a carefully traumatized teenager, a fake rescue, and a narrative so convincing even the heroes don’t realize they’re part of the plan. Chuuya pretends to be helpless, Dazai pretends not to be involved, and Mori pretends this isn’t hilarious. Everyone is lying. The heroes think they’re winning.

“There’s two groups in Musutafu that can cause trouble for us, I need you two to gather information so we can take them down.”
His eyes turned towards Chuuya, he held out one of the folders.
Nakahara Chuuya and Osamu Dazai are sent on a mission with one goal in common,
gather information.
Chuuya is placed with U.A, a hero school, how ironic.
Dazai is placed with the League of Villains, what a dumb name.

Summary
The students at UA in class A get a special invitation. It's a once-in-a-lifetime offer to visit "the city where the sun doesn't shine."
"Diplomatic bonding between Japan and Yokohama." is what they called it.
In the end, ten students from class 1A agreed, they shuttle off to the overly-secretive, alleged villain-run country that is separated from the greater world to spend most of two action-filled weeks collecting information and investigating the new city.
Oh yeah, did I mention that Chuuya works in the ADA and Dazai is the PM boss?
