Summary
Harry and Draco aren’t quite sure how serious they really aim to be, but their relationship is getting more and more tangled quicker than either of them expected. Keeping it a secret is already challenging enough. Luckily for them, all attention is elsewhere so they can just focus on themselves.
You see, two lovers sneaking around the castle found this box of hearts. And by unlocking the magic which bound this box shut, the hearts began to beat again. Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald return to life, young, healthy and without memories. But the Ministry cannot just sit by for Gellert to rise again. The two are allowed to remain at Hogwarts until the year is over and a trial can be arranged over their right to complete freedom when given a second chance to live. It just so happens that this all takes place during Harry and Draco’s eighth year.

I saw Drarry fanart on Pinterest. I thought about the sheer angst and wonderfulness. I realized how much J. K. Rowling, may she rot in Azkaban, would despise this ship.
I cackled and went (not) straight to ao3.If I actually post this, it will be an AU starting at the beginning of The Order of The Phoenix and ending with The Battle of Hogwarts.The title is from "Vodka Cranberry" by Conan Gray :)

I also hate hate hate Rowling and do not condone her views or any of the racism, misogyny and queerphobia present in her novels (I haven't read them for years and only own one, so bear with me while I find snippets on the Internet). I am turning her characters gay because I want to write them the way they are in my head and because I hope it pisses her off that queer fan ships and fanon exist.
