This is a piece of fiction about a set of Formula 1 Original Characters. The Characters and their Creators Instagram handle will be listed at the end of each chapter. This is going to stay as close as possible to real life. It is fiction so some things will be different. All of the non-human characters will stay non-human. They live amongst humans like normal. I WILL NOT go into details about how their tails fit into the cars nor how they wear their helmets, etc. it just works somehow for this universe.Thank you to all that participated in allowing me to use their characters in his story.

Summary
Mike sat there, proud and jittery, trying not to let his knee bounce under the table. He loved this part: watching Harvey rise, button his jacket, and take command of the room with nothing more than a look. It was ridiculous how hot it was, and Mike had to duck his head and pretend to be double-checking a brief just so no one noticed the grin tugging at his mouth.
And then the door opened, and Mike’s stomach dropped.

Summary
Dr. Mel King is fine.
She's working double shifts, pretending not to miss Dr. Langdon, and she is absolutely not having the worst 10 months of her entire life.
To keep some form of reality, Mel begins to write letters to Dr. Langdon while he's in Rehab. She just wants to keep him updated on the ER, on Robby and Dana and everyone else. They start long- terribly so, but eventually they stop coming, and Frank gets worried about his girl (who is not his girl yet, but she will be!).
tl;dr, Mel is having the worst time of her life but Dr. Langdon saves the day (about 10 months too late).

“I’m not leaving,” he says, “But we don’t have to talk about it right now if you don’t want. Becca’s all taken care of, and Emma’s getting her discharged. Okay?”
Despite everything, she nods.
“Okay.”
Langdon smiles, the left corner of his lips pulling gently to the side, awkward and earnest, and sits—crisscross applesauce, Mel thinks— in front of her. “Okay about Becca, or okay let’s talk?”
Mel takes a deep breath in. She thinks about the photo on her phone, arms wound tightly around her father’s bicep, and the petulant feeling in her gut on the swing set. She thinks about the burning feeling she would get whenever she saw Becca leap through the air, looking for all the world like an angel, setting sun lighting her brunette pigtails into a vibrant orange, and names it.
Envy.
She exhales slowly.
“Okay,” Mel says, finally looking at Langdon directly. “Okay, let’s talk.”
