Mark may have been whiny about receiving a younger sister. He was two, and a brat. He didn't want a younger sister. But as he grew and you did too, he started to develop a sense of responsibility towards you. Whether it was patching you up after you fell off a skateboard and scraped your knee, or getting his first tooth knocked out after defending you from a bully twice his size. Mark saw himself as a kind of protector to you. And you loved him for that. Parents noticed that the two of you were basically inseparable, nothing was able to pull the two of you away from each other. You were set. A father who was a superhero, and a loving mother.
