“So, you’re saying the symptoms come and go?” Chopper asked him.
“Yeah.” Zoro shrugged.
“What did you say the symptoms were again?”
“Warm skin, like I’m feverish. My breathing also comes out too short. I also feel weaker, distracted,” Zoro listed off.
“And that these…symptoms, they always happen around Sanji specifically?”
“Essentially." Zoro nodded. "So what's the verdict? Am I dying?"
“Yes. I hereby diagnose you with the terminal disorder of stupidity," Chopper sighed, proceeding to knock Zoro off his stool. "You really are hopeless."

Sanji’s dream bubble burst at the same time the potatoes threatened to overcook. “Hold on, what? To who?” Quickly, Sanji lifted the lid to let out some steam, which meant Luffy was instantly distracted.“FOOD!”
As Luffy clung to him, Sanji felt himself panic: “Hold on, Luffy, to WHOM am I married?”
Alternatively:
Luffy doesn't want to risk Sanji getting kidnapped by his biological family again, so he makes sure that Sanji is married. The problem is... Sanji doesn't know to who and when Robin declares him the entire crew's wife, Sanji doesn't know whether to be happy about being married to the ladies, or terrified by being married to the guys. It turns out, he only had to worry about one of them. Eventually, Sanji has to admit, however, Zoro makes a very good husband.Series
