The saviour of Baldur's Gate is not to be trifled with - even if she has thrown her lot in with a vampire.
Tav and Astarion are married and trying to use their power as ascended vampires to improve the lives of the people of Baldur's Gate. Unfortunately for them, there are some in the city who resent the presence of vampires and are determined to wipe them out. It seems that becoming an ascended vampire does not mean living a life devoid of fear, after all. It takes a bond as strong as blood to face the fears we cannot seem to shake.

Summary
In which Arthur and Drifter get married, because I'm a sucker for fluff, but there's an undercurrent of angst that will definitely come to a head at some point.
I'm taking lots of inspiration from the Rupphire wedding in Steven Universe, where Ruby and Sapphire choose to renew their relationship as Garnet after a revelation shakes the foundation of their bond by getting married.
Tags may be updated as the story evolves, updates will be irregular and unedited (at least at first), and I am uncertain how many chapters there will be, but probably less than ten. I have had this idea stuck in my head for months and I'll be damned if I don't get it out, so I can promise that it'll be finished at some point, hopefully within the next few months.
