“It is,” Deku agrees, voice muffled from its snug position under Katsuki’s chin. Fingers tighten around the cotton on Katsuki’s back.

Summary
After the war ended, Izuku decided to never leave his best friend alone ever again. He planned to go to college at the same time, in the same place, with the same friend group. He had done way too much researches to find a good two bedroom apartment not far from the city for them both to live in. Izuku had never been more in love with Kacchan.
Katsuki had never felt so guilty. He had died, came back, kept his quirk and could still be a hero if he still wanted to, while Izuku had to sacrifice his quirks for the world and had lost everything. The war had taken everything from him, because Izuku was his everything.
