It takes Simon approximately three seconds to notice something is up with Price when he enters the briefing room. The captain is wearing loose fatigue pants and a simple tan shirt instead of the full kit he usually chooses to wear at these meetings. He’s tense too, making every movement carefully. On top of that, he keeps shooting nervous looks at Kyle on his phone like the man is holding a loaded gun.
Deciding against there being any real threat, Simon knows this is going to be a very interesting briefing.
