Summary
When she was younger, Hermione would have never guessed that by the time she was 22, Harry would be happily married and a father with Pansy Parkison. She would also have never guessed that in a make-up 8th year and the years following, a group of Slytherins would integrate seamlessly into her friend group. Now she's a successful barrister for the Ministry, and been placed on a task force with Auror Draco and Healer Theo as potion overdoses have become a societal issue in post-war Britian. Mental health has long been something only talked about behind closed doors in the wizarding world, and the ramifications of not taking it seriously are now rearing their ugly heads.
