    A few things happened in very quick succession once the potion had left Stiles’ hand.
    Derek brought it up to his eyes to look at it, shook it a little and uncorked it.

    It took Stiles a couple of delayed moments to notice two very important things. The first, being the iridescent colours that danced across the top when Derek shook the potion. The second, that the room had started to spin around him.
    From very far away, Stiles registered the calming potion in Derek’s hand, transparent where it should have been blue.
    Derek brought the potion to his lips.

    ‘Wait-‘ Stiles started. Then, the room still spinning, he collapsed in a dead faint.
