Coco feels as if the days keep on getting worse.
Her mother is still petrified.
She has a scar on her cheek.
Custas is probably dying.
Tartah left for the brimmed caps.
She found out about Qifrey's secret.
And the Silver Eve in general.
As she lays down in her bed, her left cheek itches and she seems to lose control over her hand.
Or;
Coco, extremely guilt ridden, decides to punish herself.
Unlucky for her, she loses track of time and Qifrey walks in on her harming herself.

Summary
Agott always thought that games were “childish”
Maybe it was because her whole childhood was spent practicing to the bone creating spells, only to be banished from her family.
Maybe it was because she wanted to prove that she isn't just a kid.
Playing games are just for kids.
So why is she playing some dumb game with Tartah?
Or;
Agott gets jealous of Tartah's bond with Coco.

Summary
“Go away.” She hears, not at all sounding like the Agott she spends her days with. Not a single note of pain crosses her heart at the blunt disregard, especially not when Agott has admitted she will never, ever be rude to Coco again—this, undeniably, is an attempt to safeguard her rather than chase her away out of pure malice. Right now, just about anyone would be able to suss out that this apprentice is sick, without a shadow of a doubt.
“Absolutely not,” Coco speaks plainly, immediately moving to perch on the edge of the bed that she can see is vacant of Agott’s sprawled body. “You're sick, aren't you? No way am I leaving you by yourself.”
-
OR: Agott is sickness-prone, and Coco takes care of her.
