Summary

Queen City is an odd place, a mixture of a hub of progress and of a hive of scum and villainy. The perfect place for someone like Becky. Which is probably because she's the fastest person on the planet. But being fast really doesn't help you deal with the gorgeous blonde flirting with you while you're starting to become a vigilante superhero and people are trying to destroy you and the girl you're falling for.

Summary
