Summary
Canon divergence, loosely set during the first half of the series.
After a tragic car accident shatters everything, Donna is left pregnant and trying to piece together a future she no longer recognizes. As Harvey steps in to support her, neglected feelings begin to surface in the quiet spaces between grief and healing, blurring the line between friendship and something neither of them knows how to name anymore. A story of loss, heartbreak, and the fragile hope that even after everything falls apart, new beginnings might still be worth fighting for.

Summary
The way she’s let loose reminds him of the old days, getting tipsy after hours in the D.A’s office. She always gets a bit more giggly when she’s on the left side of sober and her happiness is palpable.
He feels as if he’s barely seen her this week.
With all the shit with Mike, Forstman, Logan, Cahill, and god knew what else breathing down his neck, it isn’t as if there’s been a lot of time for pleasantries. And Donna has also been busy, working on her play while managing tasks for him and his clients, but he can’t remember the last time they just…sat together. Talked. Had a drink.
So this is nice, even if they are hanging out under the guise of a dumb bet.
“Your drink” he announces when the bartender slides two glasses their way. He picks it up and places it into her hand, leaning in a little too close to be considered appropriate, “Try to actually enjoy this one.” Unlike the first two, which she’d finished in record time.
The skin of her arm erupts in goosebumps as he trails his fingers along it and Harvey smirks.
It may be a dumb bet, but he still wants to win.
(Aka: An continuation of the 4x05 "I'm a Donna fan" scene.)
