Summary
Dr. Park has always been categorically unshaken. His deathly precise skills are PTMC hall of famers and he commands his floor like an apex predator. The fear he's instilled in his colleagues is a mark of pride, but Emma Nolan in ED has never been afraid of him. Not as much as he's been afraid of her.
OR
Moments in time Dr. Park feels himself being painfully taken over by Emma Nolan in the slowest burn.

Summary
No one knew that the new nurse at The Pitt already knew the Shark—not the version people warned each other about, not the one defined by reputation and distance. She knew the man behind it—the one who remembered her coffee order, who steadied her before she could fall apart, who only ever let his bite show when it mattered. And no one knew that she had never feared it, not once.

Summary
Dr. John Shen is calm, collected, and thriving. Med Student Victoria Javadi is trying to keep her head above water.
Dr. Shen takes it upon himself to throw her a life vest, in the shape of his attention... and affection.
_____"Careful, Dr. Shen, people might actually start to believe you like me." She tried to deflect with humor, another typical John Shen move. It was like looking in a mirror — one where the reflection is a beautiful girl with too much on her plate. And... he had inappropriate, unprofessional thoughts about his reflection? Maybe that wasn't a great analogy. He hummed, rocking back and forth in the chair as if contemplating her words.
"They wouldn't be wrong, now would they?" He said it so simply, let his words hang in the air like they weren't going to cause her to spiral all over again. "You are my med student, yes. But you are so much more than that, too."
"How so?" She asked after a long moment, where they just stared at each other like their hearts were beared on their chests. Beating and bloody, sputtering and tachycardic.
