Summary
Set in Season 3 when Buck comes back after the lawsuit, but before Eddie tells Buck about the fight ring. An evening of watching Christopher turns deadly with Buck and Chris are kidnapped by the head of the Italian Mafia, who is pissed that Eddie got his fighting ring shut down. Emilio had been looking to kill Christopher, but Buck makes him a deal. He will do whatever he wants, as long as he leaves Christopher alone. There wasn’t anything that Buck wouldn’t do to protect Christopher, even if that means he has to be Emilio’s personal sex slave and hitman. Buck knows he just needs to hold on until help comes. All of LAPD and LAFD would be looking for them. But so would his old Seal Team Commander Steve McGarrett and Buck knew there was nothing that Steve wouldn’t do to bring them both home. Buck just hoped that there would be something left of himself when that happened.

Buck wasn’t in Peru before LA, he was in Virginia Beach.
Buck has spent the past 10 years of his life with the SEALS after dropping out of college.

Truth be told this is very self-indulgent because I have literally read every single other fanfic with Buck as a Navy SEAL. Legit I have read over 500 fanfics and they’re all amazing, so I decided to give it my own go. -

"Why are you both so quiet?", Hen asks inspecting both men.
"Trying to reach my son, Christopher, he's seven", he answers showing everyone a picture.
"If he's at school, he's fine", Buck replies quickly, "they couldn't be in a safer place."
"Who's they?", Chimney asks and Buck lifts his head for the first time.
"Our kids?", he states more than he asks.
"You got kids?", Eddie inquires.
Buck's face pales, as everyone stares at him.
"Actually, yes", he clears his throat, "one, Noa."
"You never told us you had a son!", Chimney pleads.
"Daughter", Buck is quick to correct him, "it's just us, she's 5."
They all stare at him astonished.
"Why'd you never tell us? Do you have any other life changing secrets?", Hen asks clearly perplexed.
If only they knew, he tells himself and shrugs.

Buck is a SEAL and a dad, and manages to keep it all a secret, until Eddie joins the 118. Buck opens old scars, and Eddie helps him.

Summary
