The way he smiled, large and wolf-like, eyes scanning Tenna like he was looking for an opening to strike. Everything about him screamed untrustworthy.

Summary
Schlatt doesn’t say anything. Quackity doesn’t think he’d know what to say in his position either. He stands up, cautiously making his way over to the ram, letting the feathers of his wings brush against his sleeve.
He looks out the window, back at the communicator on the floor, and then at Schlatt. Who is making a point not to look at him.
”Schlatt, why did we break up?” His voice is just a bit louder than a whisper.
”Because,” He hums, low and almost quiet enough for Quackity to miss it, “I asked if you wanted to play superhero or stay. And you certainly didn’t choose to stay.”

Summary
Warping back to Molympus with Grizzly near-death, Bizly can’t do anything but cling to him, partially holding him upright and muttering prayers that he’ll be okay. A god praying should be such an ironic thing; in this moment, he’s truly pinning all his hopes on some more powerful being out there taking pity on them all. In the end, there’s silence, and just the four of them like always. Four gods who’ve fucked up beyond repair, with no hope in sight.
Bizly’s hand shakes as he raises the gun. Grizzly smiles at him, ichor spilling over his lips and dripping to the floor of Molympus. The resounding bang of the gunshot drowns out his thoughts; the thud of Grizzly’s body hitting the floor is the loudest sound he’s ever heard.
