Summary
The Autobots failed, Megatron was able to gain possession of the Allspark and planned to use it's powers to Cyberform the entire earth. The Allspark however had other plans, reviving Jazz and a human ally of the Autobot's it sends the two back in time to Cybertron's golden age, right before war broke out. The two are tasked with stopping Cybertron from being destroyed by war, no pressure though!
For our little human she got the short end of the stick- literally, for some reason she is stuck as a little Sparkling presumably until her and Jazz fix the future. Well, surely that won't cause any problems, right?
Aka Jazz experiences the joys of parenthood while trying to save his entire race from extinction.

On the way back to the Blip A following their misadventures over Adrian, Rocky and Grace are recovering from their injuries, exhausted and traumatised, when a misunderstanding threatens to tear them apart.
Chapter 2, Grace's pov.
“ - Grace liar,” Rocky snapped, deliberately moving as far from the barrier as he could and hunkering down in the corner, tremors continuing to run through him.
His hand was still on the xenonite. It was shaking. “Rocky - “
“ - leave me alone! Demand.”
His teeth sank deep into the side of his mouth until he could taste blood. “I'll leave you alone if you can tell me you're safe right now.”
Rocky's carapace jerked up towards him and he spoke in a low monotone. “What Grace going to do if not safe, question? Don't have anymore scabs to blow off.”
Oh, that was...getting hit with superheated ammonia had hurt less. Didn't matter. “Are you safe?”
