Chat’s response is immediate. In one move he crushes his lips to hers and grabs her thighs to wrap around his hips. He turns them, grabbing her ass to support her, among other motivations, and walks them to the base of the ladder leading up to her loft.
To her bed.
To the place they’ve been a thousand times together but not together.
And then her lips are against his neck as he makes quick work of the ladder, his super strength rendering the weight of her body inconsequential. So many times they’ve carried each other, but this is a first. This time it means more than surviving, more than duty, more than protective instincts and the world at stake. This time the only danger is the fall they’ve each already taken. Twice. This time it’s hearts, not heads, responsible for synchronizing their movements and calculating the end game.
And this time they know each others’ names.

Summary
Marinette Dupain-Cheng is an average 17-year-old girl living in Paris. She spends her days going to school, spending time with her friends, helping her parents in their bakery, and working on designs. For her, life is peaceful and uneventful in the best way.
And it gets better when she's announced the winner of a fashion design contest. Her prize is that she gets to attend a live-broadcast Gabriel fashion show as a VIP, where her design will be worn by none other than Adrien Agreste, the face of the Gabriel brand.
Marinette doesn't plan to get too close to Adrien, wanting to let her talent and designs do the talking. After all, that's what pros do, right? But she also hadn't planned on saving Adrien's life, either!

Summary
Chat Noir has never been more disappointed. To think that he put all his trust in his lady while she went behind his back, stretching the rules of her guardianship and even letting people know each others' identities. However, he decides to hide his disappointment as he still has some faith in her.
But then, Adrien and Marinette find themselves in a strategic mess, full of problems all interconnected, which make things even more complicated. But they hold on, hiding their real feelings from each other.
And finally, Chat Noir snaps. And Marinette breaks.
