"Garrik the Heathen," Sirae choked, scrambling backwards until his back slammed against the stone wall. There was no mistaking the triadic of scars which marred the barbarian's face, or the sharp, terrifying smirk which grew over his face. It was Garrik's men who had raided Sirae's village five years ago - and made an orphan of him.
Other warriors passed by the cell, but they were Betas and did not have the same reaction that Garrik did.
Even beneath the stench of smoke and blood, Sirae could tell that Garrik had scented his heat.

Summary
