Louisiana and Florida look to cause chaos agin, find a way to do that through a spell allowing two souls to be swap bodies. The two plan to temporarily swap Texas and Californias places for a few days, but accidentally swap Austin instead of Texas. California and Texas now have to survive with each other in Texas' body while Austin gets to solo in Californias
