Summary
Silence Suzuka and Special Week are fast approaching the end of their professional racing careers. Special Week, nicknamed "The Great General of Japan", is now at the tail end of a storied career as one of Japan's greatest racers ever. Similarly, Suzuka has just finished her final professional race, set to retire as one of the greatest front runners to ever set foot to turf.
The two have recently been going on jogs together during sunset every evening. They see each other as life-long best friends; Suzuka remembers fondly the way Spe cared for her during injury recovery. The way Spe showed so much attention and care toward her at a time like that means the world to her, and knows she can trust Spe, even with her life. Spe-chan has a deep, undying admiration for Suzuka. She envies her running and style, she always notices her fashion and any changes Suzuka makes to her hair, and she is always attentive to her mood, sometimes to a fault. Special Week has been thinking about Suzuka a lot lately, and, during one fateful evening jog, it hit her-- "Is what I've felt for her... Am I in love with Suzuka-san?"
