Summary
A mysterious man with a mysterious relic has begun to wreak havoc in the Far East, imitating a series of figures up to and including Lord Hien himself. In the hopes of circumventing chaos that threatens to bleed into all-out war, the Warrior of Light teams up with the king of Doma to put an end to the trouble once and for all. Having just had their very private relationship exposed to the whole of the kingdom, however, change looms regardless. Will they liberate Doma--and themselves--once again? Or will the shapeshifter's ploy prove too powerful to stop in its tracks?
Taking a few stray lines from the Dawntrail melee role quests and running with them fast and hard. Spoilers for that questline only. Fluff/Humor.

Summary
Vivi is a sun-coded hero that has to burn to keep others warm, he didn't choose to be the sun, he's been chosen. He wants and tries to stop being the sun, which is obviously bad for everyone involved, but does that matter when he's such a funny gay creature made to sit in the old wizard's lap?
This work assumes that the reader knows canon beat to beat as it focuses on the missing scenes, filling in the gaps, and building new stuff on top of the canon story.
