If he were to be honest, Nicholas was fully convinced the shy and clumsy persona was a front to amuse the viewers. It's not unusual, to play a role or character; it's far more entertaining that way. So he'd be lying if he said it wasn't the littlest bit jarring. How there's no persona at all. How there's no difference between the EJ he watches on Friday or Saturday and the Euijoo he meets up with all the other days.
Euijoo is EJ. EJ is Euijoo. Nicholas kind of feels devastated.

Summary
Harua had noticed over the last couple of weeks that Maki had been acting a little pent up. It started small, with Maki being a little more sensitive than normal, then he was a little irritable, but now it was like he couldn’t get enough attention. Maki was constantly clinging to whatever member of the group was closest to him, acting like they were going to suddenly disappear if they were out of his sight for too long.
It was pathetic.
Harua decided during Maki’s irritable phase that he wasn’t going to just give him what he wanted— Oh no, no.
Maki needed to come to Harua on his knees and beg for what he wanted instead of moping around, and acting like a kicked puppy.

Summary
In theory, he’s the fanservice menace, he’s the one constantly leaning in and forcing others to dodge his stray kisses, and blatantly flirting with his members at fansigns knowing hundreds of cameras are on him. He gets a kick out of it, really, seeing the fans lose their heads over his at times outrageous shenanigans.
But recently some of the members have started… fighting back, Jo and Maki specifically, and Taki doesn’t quite know how to deal with it.
