Summary
Phoebe Loggins is a woman with a heart for everyone. As unlucky as she might be, she tromps through her struggles with a smile and a joke for everyone around her. It doesn't matter what the dangers might be or who they're aimed towards; if she sees it, she's stepping in front of it to protect those around her. Whether it's for those around her in her tiny biological family or her second family of coworkers, Phoebe's care and effort for others is endless.
This is especially true when she takes uncalculated gambles to protect those at risk of incoming dangers, like moving cars or closed fists. Despite all that changes for her in the wake of recovery, she keeps up her efforts to keep things as normal as they could possibly be, as normal as she can remember them to be, even if she can't remember what's changed around her. Will she recover from the things she can't remember? Will her normal ever be the same, or ever be something normal again? Will someone protect Phoebe in the way Phoebe protects everyone?Series

Summary
Nora Stevenson is a woman who knows no bounds. When she has something to say, very little will keep it inside of her, even if it's towards the woman who is now her boss. That's what got her into this mess, and now she's determined to come out on the correct side of it, even if that means stirring up old memories. The mess? A mix of feelings spurned on from a single conversation on the first day, a conversation she'd only wanted to run from.
All she wants to do is give her boss an apology and keep her head down, but things aren't very easy when boundless meets binding. Will Nora only want to keep running, or will someone ensnare her in a trap she won't want to escape? Will she fall down a rabbit hole she doesn't wish to be a part of, or is there a light at the end of the tunnel she's running through?Series

Summary
Jasmine Chen is a woman of tradition. For her, that tradition comes in the form of marriage carried out in the same methods of the generations before her. When she believes she's found her soulmate, she takes a chance at the dreams she'd always wished for and strikes up a conversation that changes her life…
… And not for the better. Her complications are long and many, leading her to rely on her near-daily in-house caretaker for survival in the aftermath. Her mind is a constant storm of dread and worry, when it isn't misinterpreting her stress for pain. Her new forms of peace and excitement are poorly timed phone calls from her mother and the over-bubbly quips of the nurse with no bounds who believes all will be well for her. With her help, can Jasmine break away from the past and finally believe it, too? Or will she find herself in the chilling grasp of danger again?Series

Summary
Riley Goldberg is a woman who wishes to be left alone. If she can do it at home and handle it in an email, then she'll make the best work of anything around her, on and off the clock. It isn't until she reaches out of her comfort zone at a task sent directly to her that she learns that the most interesting things happen outside of a browser tab. Her new project is lengthy and confusing, not much unlike the writer who requested her services and shook her order of operations around.
It's a few simple tasks for her: fabricate a repeatable cover with as little information as possible, gather as much information as needed from the strange list of resources given to her, don't get lost reading an unpublished book, don't lose her job to confusion or procrastination, and don't get lost in the flirtatious eyes that want to write books about her. Can Riley survive this absurd task and return to her calm cycle? Or will she find a new way for herself through the storm of many questions and changes?Series

Summary
The City of Love is an anthology of 13 current and ongoing works. Each work is related on the basis of being in the same region (Northwestern US), with some characters and settings appearing in other books based on the universe's timeline.
The works do not have to be read in order — the current book order is based on the physical timeline I have laid out for them (and the order in which I upload them here), and may change as I decide what the true order is. As such, you may read any work in any order, and it will not conflict with other works in the set.
Each work follows a different main character and features a mainly different cast of characters/settings, excluding characters/settings that get seen in the eyes of other characters. As such, they can each be seen as a unique experience through the City. I wish you the best of luck on following each of them through their journeys!
