He's seen Nagi make all kinds of faces. A frown as his default expression, a grimace when he comes across something he dislikes, a pout when Reo nags him too much, a sulk every time he's dragged to practice; none of which ever resemble a smile in the slightest.
So that is how Mikage Reo comes to the new found goal of making Nagi Seishiro smile. He will stop at nothing to see this task complete. What Mikage Reo wants, Mikage Reo gets, after all.

Summary
Aside from his boxers, Reo is completely naked in front of Nagi.
Nagi's breath hitches, but Reo thankfully doesn't seem to hear it over the pounding rain hitting the roof of the complex like miniature bullets.
Was that hail? Damn, Reo might be stuck here for a while…
Reo stands with a hand on his hip, wet clothes tucked against his side, one of his cute little brows raised.
"Are you planning on just standing there forever, Nagi?" Reo asks, tilting his head to the side curiously.
Or, after getting caught in a rainstorm while biking home Nagi tries not to lose his fucking mind at seeing Reo soaking wet.

Summary
"Promise not to judge?" He asked seriously, still firmly pressed against Reo who instantly nodded in agreement.
"I would never judge you, Nagi." He vocalized his reassurance as well for extra good measure.
That's when Nagi stepped back and Reo saw the puppy ears and fluffy tail.
With the way Nagi was acting, Reo thought he was going to be playing some weird porn game. To say he would have never guessed this was an absolute understatement.
"Oh."
OR
While Reo is at a meeting, Nagi plays a videogame. He loses a battle and gets cursed in real life by becoming a puppy boy. To say Reo is suprised when he comes home is an understatement.

"Well, how about I teach you a little?"
Nagi's eyes widen ever so slightly at Reo's question. "Of being an alpha?" Reo nods. "But you're an omega."
"I know," Reo laughs out breathily, "I mean, teach you about omegas."
"What—"
Reo's hands land on his hips and his chest puffs out confidently. "You're an alpha now so that means an omega will be in your future. You're already behind and you'd want to impress your future mate."
A blink from Nagi. "So, Reo wants to…teach me?"
Even Nagi is taken aback by Reo's idea. What normal omega would offer their alpha friend to help learn about omegas in the way that Reo is hinting at?

The person poked their head out. ‘’You know, maid Barou-‘’ He stopped dead in his tracks.
Reo’s worst fear turned out to be true. It was Nagi. Nagi as in Nagi Seishirou. Nagi Seishirou as in his treasure. His treasure as in the guy that had no need for a job??! Chigiri even joked that the world would end if Nagi got a job!
Hell had truly frozen over, huh….
It was Nagi in the flesh. His usual hoodie was replaced by a standard issue maid dress- similar to Barou’s- black under shirt, while apron. His short sleeves showed off his muscles (…probably Reo’s favorite part of the getup), and were embellished with little purple bows on the ruffled ends.
His white, fluffy hair was decorated with various bows and hairclips, all of them being the same purple color as the bows on his sleeves. The most memorable part of the outfit was the frilly headband that sat on top of his head. With cat ears.
OR
Reo comes to Isagi's workplace, but instead of meeting Isagi, he gets fucked by Nagi who's wearing a maid outfit (success??)
