Chuuya kept his eyes on his hands, methodically scrubbing at the stubborn stains beneath his nails. “Talking about it won’t get the blood out any faster,” he said with a small shrug. “Almost finished anyway.”
There was a calmness in his tone—not exhaustion, but that strange stillness that always followed chaos. It was the quiet that came when the adrenaline burned out, when the echoes of screams and shattering bones finally faded, leaving only routine to fill the hollow space that violence left behind.
Dazai watched him for a beat, lips quirking. “How about we make it interesting? Ice bath challenge?”
Chuuya finally glanced up, one brow arched. “Ice bath challenge,” he said simply, and for once, didn’t argue.

The agency were out on a beach day thanks to yet another successful mission, this time dazai was nervous. He knew he wouldn't be going in the water (his bandages would be ruined!) so that was that, but he also couldn't take his shirt off. The agency had no idea he was a transgender man and no way in hell was he coming out to them today. However, he's now found himself in quite the predicament. Chuuya, Oda and Kunikida were yelling at her. What did she do wrong. Dazai really didn't know what she did this time. She walked through the door at- okay, it was a little late- but she waltzed over to the living room where her boyfriends were, and then they turned off the TV and faced her. Somehow that led to this. Arguing, yelling, shouting, threatening. She didn't know what to do. Or why this was happening.
