Minho loves drinking. He loves going out to drink. In fact, he does so pretty often with his friends and colleagues, and every single time it makes him feel so alive.
Being here with Jisung feels the same. Comfortable, energetic, exciting. But there's the added sensation of adrenaline. The pride he feels from being the first to witness Jisung like this, shamefully feeling thankful that Felix couldn't tag along. Warmth pools in his stomach and urges him to keep pushing, to see even more of this new side of Jisung. To see just how rapidly his own heart can beat in response.
It's dangerous, probably, but Minho had left all notions of risk at the bottom of his second empty mug.
OR: Jisung's best friend's dad takes him out for his first drink on his birthday.

Jisung stared at the text, the butterflies in his stomach making him feel slightly nauseous. He wiped his sweaty palms on his jeans, ignoring the pavlovian half chub of his dick in response to two simple words smooshed together to make a meaningless sentence.
Or maybe it was meaningless to most, but to Jisung it held too much meaning.
It was okay though, he’d take any part of Minho he could get. It didn’t matter if Minho didn’t love him back. All he had to do was send him a little Hi hi text, day or night, and Jisung would drop everything. Seriously, everything.

Silence falls, abrupt and complete. Even the breeze seems to hesitate. Jisung stills mid-motion, one hand caught between turning the page and abandoning it altogether.
Minho freezes, because no, that was not how this was meant to occur. He intended to be subtle. A measured declaration. Perhaps a carefully guided conversation beneath acceptable layers of plausible deniability.
Not this.
Not a raw confession tossed carelessly into the afternoon air like a man flinging himself from a cliff. Depending on how this goes, Minho might have to do just that.
