Anaxa does not let him finish. The gun in his hand is swiftly sheathed in its holster, and he replaces the weapon with his own claws, flashing them at the bunny before pressing them against his throat, where he feels his pulse begin to race wildly under his fingertips. At the sudden change in their positions, with Anaxa bent over his figure, the bunny swallows thickly.
“Leave,” Anaxa all but snarls at him, with his tail lashing angrily behind him. To his surprise, the bunny doesn’t flinch at all, and continues looking up at him with wide eyes, something like awe twinkling in those ocean blue irises.
The pitiful and naive bunny was lured and then devoured by the cunning fox, so they say. Or was it the other way around...?
