Summary
There is an old manor in the wealthy side of town. No one knows how long it has been there, but not a single person has been witnessed going in or out for a very, very long time.
After insomnia costs Childe his job, he is forced to resort to theft to make ends meet. The abandoned manor is empty, out of the way and must be full of expensive items. The perfect target.
However, instead of just finding expensive things to sell, he also happens upon someone who might be the key to solving his insomnia.

For once things were going to plan, even if their worst fears had begun being realized, he had his partner by his back and they would handle this and protect their home together. Wriothesley had to only block the gates with Clorinde's help till their boyfriend showed up to save the day and then he could enjoy some nice deserved tea.
Thinking back on it now, he should have known to never be that optimistic when it came to his life.
Aka: Wriothesley gets stuck while Clorinde and him try stopping the Primordial sea, and no one really has a good time.

He is, unfortunately, reminded of it the very next day, when the door slams open and Al-Haitham stalks in. “Mind telling me why everyone was congratulating me today?” he demands. “About your pregnancy?"
Or: Al-Haitham is, without a doubt, the most annoying person Kaveh knows. Maybe the world’s second-most annoying person can help Kaveh figure him out.

Childe dragged his eyes open, hoping that when he looked toward the entrance of the cave there would be a pair of golden eyes greeting him, a soothing voice to tell him that he was safe, that he’d come to take him home.
But there was nothing apart from lifeless grey stone.
Slumping back with his eyes slipping closed once again, Childe barely registered the solid rock beneath him. Instead, a swaying weightlessness had taken over, lulling him toward unconsciousness. He didn’t resist. Anything that could take away the pain. Anything, just for a short moment of relief.
He slipped away into the darkness.
The day before Zhongli and Childe have agreed on meeting for dinner for the first time since the raising of Osial, Childe is injured on a mission, leaving him stranded and unable to return to Liyue. When Childe doesn't show up for their meal, Zhongli sets out to ensure that Childe comes home safely.
