Wallflower. That´s all Regulus was behind his brother. All Regulus could do was observe from the side line. Always the perceiver and never perceived.
This didn't mean he wasn't involved in some way. Would the three make a sound if no one could hear it?Performer. That's all James has ever been. The entertainer of pranks, his friends and his house. Always in the spotlight, always perceived.
He loved his friends, his house and their idiotic pranks.

Summary
Two months after the war, Harry had been drifting aimlessly throughout Grimmauld Place, trying to deal with all the losses he'd experienced. That was until he received a letter containing truths that turned his life upside down, again. Learning the truth, he wanted a do-over, a chance to live a life that was fully in his control, all the way up to his death. An ultimatum was presented from a surprising source, and he accepted, giving him a shot at a life where he could do as he pleased.
Or, Harry gets shot back into the past, retaining his memories of events yet to come to reconcile with his supposed enemy. Toying with Dumbledore's plans is definitely the boys favourite pastime in this lifetime.

"Not this time, baby." He muttered quietly, raising his hand and tracing a path down the edge of Regulus' cheek, who shuddered subtly in response. "I told you I'd wait until you acknowledged you wanted to do it again."
"Can I?" Regulus burst out breathlessly "Can I indulge without being forced to face the consequences, without having to acknowledge what it..." Regulus trailed off, closing his eyes. When he reopened them, James shook his head softly, an alarmingly open expression of sympathy and fondness in his eyes.
"Not with this, sweetheart," James responded gently. "You'll just have to decide whether it's worth it."
