Summary
After constant incidents of ReGect using his powers to blow up and ruin Z's builds, it drives a wedge between the two that ReGect is desperate to fix. So, along with an apology, ReGect proposes a way to finally bury the hatchet between the two of them. To make it fair, he could let Z use his powers and do anything he wanted, just for a day, with just a tiny catch. A reimagining of Destroying a World That Doesn't Exist.
Oh, Avery.
It'd come to Avery.
A man he'd come to know, every detail.
Every crevice of his brain, his own soul inside and out.
It made sense for him to try and save Avery.
But it didn't make sense for Avery to try and sacrifice himself for a man he did not know.
For him.
Derek cannot save Avery, or deter him from leaving, nothing he says will work. Avery refuses to leave, he won't leave Derek to be nothing but a mere sacrifice. So, what happens when Avery decides to invoke only part of the spell?
Could the King hold power over both Derek and Avery? The ability for his total power to be stretched between the two men?
Could they find the will and the way to destroy this digital world, as well as the King and escape from it back into reality?Will they be able to defeat a God?

Avery took a moment to catch his breath. He gently tugged on Derek's hand, guiding him to the soft, inviting grass nearby. As they settled down, Avery's slime body spread slightly, creating a comfortable cushion beneath them. He looked into Derek's eyes, silently inviting Derek to come closer.
Derek complied, his weight sinking into the earth next to Avery. The two of them fit together effortlessly. Avery wrapped his arms around Derek, pulling him in. They both exhaled in unison as they were overwhelmed with a drug-like happiness.
In that moment, it was just Avery and Derek.
“So…then…” Avery didn’t know where to start.
“Go on.” Derek encouraged.
“Do you love me, Derek?” Avery asked shyly.
Derek was amused by the question. His hand found Avery’s, and he squeezed it lovingly.
“I wouldn’t have made this world for you if I didn’t, Avery…”
OR
An after story with a corrupted D3rlord3 and a touch-starved Avery. The two find each other and try to replicate a life they could've had together in the King's domain.

After fussing together, instead of dying, Derek became The King In Yellow's vessel. But due to his strength and already broken mind, Derek still has control of his body. But now he has to share a mind with a God and try not to go insane at the same time.
But Derek is more worried about Avery at the moment. His friend thinks he's deceased, Derek can't let that happen. He owns an explanation to Avery.
