1985: y/n has always been flying under the radar at both middle and high school, now that she's graduating her friends, Nancy and Robin encourage her to go out and live a little. A few drinks at a party later has y/n questioning her entire life and where its headed after graduation, should she stay in Hawkins and work at her parents business, a small hardware store in the middle of town, or should she leave and study to become a midwife like she thought she might do? Her thoughts are interrupted by a cloud of cigarette smoke and a cocky fucking grin, dirty blonde hair and blue eyes staring back her at, Billy Hargrove. Standing to the left of him, Steve "the hair Harrington" clutching his drink to his chest whilst he avoids your besties eyes (ya know Nancy, his ex?) and not far behind, the last person you would have thought to be at a party, with his signature long hair and hellfire shirt, Eddie Munson.Smut, fluff and all the good things ensues, this polyship flourishes and grows into something none of them imagined, happiness.
