Summary
Izuku stared at Katsuki for a long moment, searching for something in those red eyes with his own bright, green, shining pools. The kind Katsuki could just fall into. Some things never changed.
As his little hands gripped Katsuki’s shirt, Katsuki held him firmly on his hip. A million thoughts rampaged through that overactive mind. What Katsuki would give to look into the eyes of his own Izuku like this, just to see his mind working again.
And then young Izuku finally pipes up.
“Kacchan looks sad.”
OR:
After falling off the same wavelength following a rough night at an izakaya with Class A, Izuku and Katsuki are suddenly transported into different timelines.
At risk of changing the course of events of their lives, they must carefully figure out what happened and where they ended up. Along the way, they meet versions of each other and their friends that they never thought they'd get to know.
They must fight to find their way back home.
They must fight for a chance to return to each other, and fix what has been broken.

Summary
In one world, Katsuki had lost Izuku to Ochako.
In another, Izuku had lost his Kacchan during the Sludge Villain Incident and because of that, he became a villain.
After he was sent to another universe, Villain Izuku refused to go back. He didn't want to go back to a world without Kacchan. So what did he do? He killed himself.
What he didn't expect was to be sent to another universe which has Kacchan who was alive but brokenhearted.

It’s so overwhelming that, for a moment, Izuku forgets about the cameras and the civilians and the reporters that are watching them, because right now it’s the last thing that he actually cares about, his thoughts solely focused on Kacchan, his eyes unseeing to everything else except for him, but as soon as he’s stretching his hand toward him, something flickers over Kacchan’s face, and in a single step he’s suddenly closing the distance between them.

Izuku can't find Kacchan after a villain attack and worries over his well-being. Once he finds him, he struggles to hide the truth of their relationship from the press.
