Summary
No one talks to him the way Sakamoto does. They don’t have the gall, or are just blinded by rose colored glasses. They dare not insult or degrade the second coming of the detective prince. Everyone wants to be on his good side, to get just a piece of his fame, to be in the grace of his presence.
Sakamoto, however, Sakamoto sneers at him, makes pitiful attempts at putting his ego in check. It sparks Goro’s interest more than he’d like to admit.

Summary
Itadori’s taking tiny shuffling steps out of the dorm, plates balanced on either arm, a glass of water in one hand and juice in the other. There’s a coffee mug wedged in the crook of one elbow, so precarious that it looks like it’ll spill any second. His hair is mused, still vaguely flat on one side, and he’s wearing one of his zippered hoodies half unzipped with anime pajama bottoms.
Megumi feels his cheeks heat, just a little. He tells himself it’s got nothing to do with the fact that Itadori’s not wearing a shirt under the hoodie, but he’s never been very good at lying to himself. The hint of muscle definition he sees is enough to make him want to tear his eyes away, but this is one of the few normal times where Megumi’s seen Itadori’s chest and part of him doesn’t want to waste it.
“Y’know,” Itadori mutters, “I never saw the appeal of the whole four-arm thing until now.”

Summary
Akira felt like he’d had the wind kicked out of him. The other chat. A trip big enough for Makoto’s van. A trip they didn’t want him to know about. He thought he’d been good about hiding his insecurities, but apparently his friends had picked up on them. They’d decided he was too fragile to know they were getting on better without him.
Back in his hometown, Akira's loneliness takes a toll, and some vague text messages make him assume the worst.
