Summary
He's long past that Hanjin who'd burst into tears at the most inopportune moments, getting snot all over his face and having to have the others clean him up. Jihoon handing him tissues, Youngjae wiping his face so gently, Kyungmin clinging to his arm in comfort. He's learnt to hold his tongue, to keep those big feelings locked away in a box that he only opens when he's completely, truly alone. He's learned not to make a fuss.
This kind of vulnerability would bring it all crashing down. This — him unable to move on the bathroom floor, instincts overtaking any kind of rational thought, would have his capable, quiet demeanour crumbling.
When the members leave for the holidays, Hanjin finds himself going through an unexpected, late presentation. He intends to go through it alone — that's how he's always handled things, so why would he stop now?
But when Junghwan shows up, insistent on taking care of him, Hanjin finds he doesn’t have the heart to tell him no.

Summary
The first time Mark ever kissed a boy, he was eighteen and at a party to celebrate his graduation with all of the kids in his year. High school had passed by in a blur, like a fast forwarded movie that you just couldn’t pause. He remembered it all too well, he was hiding in the bathroom from the loud music and the sweaty bodies when another introverted boy pulled him into the last stall and locked the door in a frantic hurry. The boy, clearly drunk, must’ve mistaken Mark for somebody else – perhaps a hookup or a secret boyfriend – and kissed him square on the mouth without a moment’s hesitation.
Or; Mark has kissed boys before, but nobody has ever stuck around before. Not until Donghyuck enterd his life unnanounced.

Summary
“You wrote,” Renjun said, leaning over just enough to read, "that he's chronically unhelpful.”
“He is,” Donghyuck said. “He keeps not reacting.”
Renjun turned his head slowly. “Do you hear yourself when you talk?”
“Only when other people aren’t interrupting me.”
In a little cottage at the edge of the woods, Donghyuck sells love spells, confession charms, and romantic remedies. His magic is famously effective... Except, for reasons both maddening and deeply offensive, it doesn’t work on Mark.
Mark, the village’s gentle half-stag forest guardian, is untouched by every charm, enchanted tea, and carefully disguised magical experiment Donghyuck throws his way, which means Donghyuck is forced to do the only sensible thing: become obsessed.
As it turns out, magic can’t deepen a heart that’s already quietly in love. And Mark’s heart has been devoted to Donghyuck for much longer than Donghyuck ever realized.

VOGUE July 2027 Issue Interview with Mark Lee
Q. What do you consider the biggest challenge starting over as a solo artist?
It’s kind of hard to explain. Even now, I am still not sure on how i should say this, or if saying this even makes sense at all, but i think the hardest part of this is doing it alone.
I used to stand on stage with others. While of course I also had stood on it by myself, but once the curtain closes I just know that there will always be someone waiting for me to stand with them again. But now the stage feels bigger no matter how small the venue is.
Q. Do you still keep in touch with your former members? Both 127 or Dream or maybe NCT in general?
(Mark laughed. Vogue received no answer on the question)
