“I'm positive.” Welt reaches out and covers Sunday's hand with his own, his thumb stroking the sensitive insides of his wrist. There's something boyishly sweet and shy in his smile as he adds, “I don't mind sharing something of my home. Not with you.”

Sunday has a problem: he's very much in love with one Welt Yang and, as far as he knows, everyone but Welt himself knows it. A surprise birthday party seems like the perfect way to give him something special. Too bad he has to navigate around found family, repression, and all the trauma in the way.

Summary
The night Sunday cried to him, expressing his conflicting desires and fears and how deeply it hurt to fight himself for autonomy over his own body, Welt informed him that it didn’t matter how long it took, or how nonsensical it might seem to outsiders. He was willing to work with him, be patient with him, and would not push him beyond his limits.
Sunday wept harder then, nearly hysterical. When he calmed down enough to speak, he admonished Welt for his ability to effortlessly reduce him to tears, and promised that one way or another, he would find a way to consummate their relationship.
Thus commenced Sunday’s dogged pursuit of sexual enlightenment.
Welt helps Sunday overcome some of his compulsions, and proves that his body is worth loving.

Summary
It shouldn't be too hard, he tried convincing himself. It’s just following a set of instructions, he can do that.
He realized soon enough it is easier said than done.
So with him slumped on the floor of the kitchen car, cream and powder all over the surface, a few boxes of ingredients scattered here and there, and a failed creation splattered on the floor is something he'd describe as a nightmare.
This is the third cake he failed.

Summary
When Welt took Sunday under his (metaphorical) wings and invited him aboard the Astral Express, he did so with the intention of being his father figure. He thought Sunday felt the same.
But the way the word "Daddy" fell from his lips clearly revealed otherwise.

“You’re okay,” Welt soothes. He knows as well as anyone the torment one’s mind will put them through in their dreams, and immediately clocks the sound of a tired, frightened man about to be forced to wakefulness by such cruelty. He sweeps Sunday's hair behind his ear and tuts when he sees tears dripping down his face. Sunday’s distress rises, and when his wings fluff up defensively, Welt gives the one closest to him a gentle stroke. He repeats, softer, “You’re okay.”
It is instantly clear that having his wings caressed is a more effective way to comfort Sunday than doing the same to his hair. His breath catches, stopping a sob in his throat and letting Welt know that he’s done something right. Hoping to get Sunday back to restful sleep, Welt cradles it in his palm and uses his thumb to pet the soft feathers, each in their own turn.
While the tears subside, Sunday’s body is no less rigid. Determined to fully soothe him, Welt gently encircles the base of the wing in his hand and strokes it all the way to the tip. He repeats the motion three, four times, pleased that Sunday goes completely silent in response. He is startled by the sudden warble that emerges from Sunday’s mouth.

Suguru stares at him hungrily. He pulls his hand away briefly before pressing it, slowly, into Satoru’s bruised thigh.
“Please what? What do you want, Satoru?”
Satoru shudders, then swallows roughly.
“I want…you. I want you to mark me up some more. I-I…” he cuts off, exhaling shakily, fully aware of the way his face was heating up.
