Summary
Sunny's known Kel since he moved to Faraway Town a long time ago; Sunny the timid loner who was always hiding behind Mari's back; Kel the loud, (sort of) annoying ball of energy always trying to get him to do something irresponsible. Now, the both of them have grown up, two teens navigating the wobbly maneuvers of high school and all the feelings that get mixed in between.
As Sunny begins to grow closer to his childhood best friend, he begins to see Kel in a very different light: tall, bright, and handsome. Wrestling with a mess of feelings for a boy he used to sneak out to Hobbeez with, it'll take seven memories and a whole lot of maybes for Sunny to see this hopeless romantic's love story through to completion.
The only thing is: does Kel even feel the same way?

After Peter's precarious position goes from bad to worse time and time again, he is left all alone with nothing but his anger and resentment at the world to keep him company. He wonders how much more he can take and whether the growing grudge between him and the Avengers will be enough to finish him off for good. Will he be able to complete his mission in time? Does he even want to anymore?

absolutely perfectly written fic
i hate long multichap fics but somehow this one flew by
mental health wasn’t treated lightly and was handled so well; the healing process felt real and rewarding unlike many other fics where the comfort comes too soon after the hurt (nothing wrong with that; obv ppl read fanfics for enjoyment and comfort feels good, but still) -
