Summary
When Max's sister signed him up for a dating show, he imagined that he would be on The Bachelor or Love is Blind (not that he wanted to do either of those). Never in his wildest dreams did he think that Victoria would sign him up for Love Island where he would be parading around in his swim suit all summer in hopes of finding love in the middle of Spain.
Max's goal then became to be as authentic as possible, not put up with any bullshit from other islanders, and to try not to cry on national television. Before leaving, Max told his sister that he would probably end up being dumped at the first chance available. Little did he know that after this summer, he would end up admitting that maybe, just maybe, Victoria granted him the biggest gift ever by submitting an application for him.

Summary
Adam and Jamie own a catering company that is hired to work Ross and John's wedding. George and Matty are obviously part of the wedding party.
I have no clue where I'm going with this, but I wrote most of this in less than 2 weeks and am having fun. Also, I am definitely not from the UK at all, I just have a lifetime of consuming British pop culture to go on, so my apologies upfront.
Hope everyone else likes it, despite the unconventional pairing of George and Adam. I just really love the hell out of those two and recently got really into the idea as a pairing, but found nothing.
Title is from "Aquaman" by WALK THE MOON.
I don't own the people or the songs (though there are some original characters based off of people in my life).

"I- I made a deal," he states quietly as he looks at his feet, only managing to deepen George's still present frown.
“A deal?”
"A deal," Matty nods.
"What kind of deal?" George quizzes.
"Just a deal," Matty huffs. "Thought I'd do something about this debt of mine, is all," he says nonchalantly, shrugging one denim-clad shoulder.
Even though it seems stupid and reckless and like a decision he made on the spare of a moment, he's thought this through, and about any other possible solutions to his life-or-death situation, but nothing else could grant him the amount of money he has to hand in to his creditors in the three months that they promised to let him off before they bash his head in.
Or the one where Matty attempts to save his arse through a chain of poorly-thought out decisions, aggravates George, and in the process develops feelings that are going to complicate his relationship with him even more.
