“B-but I a-am.” Jimin turns to look at him quickly, as he knows that tone of voice. Jungkook is about to start drunk crying. “I love you-” His voice breaks and oh god, Jimin is just so not ready for any of this. He rushes over to Jungkook, who only has his pants halfway down his legs. He can't even laugh, too worried that Jungkook is going to start sobbing. “so- so much, and I'm so j-jealous of Taehyungie because he g-gets all of your love and- and I don't get any of it and-and-”
“Oh God, Jungkookie,” Jimin pulls him into his arms , letting him rest his head on his shoulder awkwardly while he cries. “what are you even saying?”

“Do you remember when I asked you to be my boyfriend?” Jimin asks, a few tears slipping from his eyes at the memory, phone clutched so hard in his hand it's hurting his fingers. “An-and you said that you couldn't possibly do that? Because of the band?”
Taehyung makes a sort of wounded noise, beginning to talk over him. “Jiminie whatever you're thinking please-”
Jimin laughs, hysterical and high pitched as he turns himself over into the fetal position, hardly able to stop himself from vomitting. “It was because you didn't like me, wasn't it?”

“Courfeyrac likes me, I don't feel the same. There's nothing after that, Jehan. Leave it.”
He feels awkward, lying to all of his friends, but he feels like he's hiding it well. He's always been a good liar, he just chooses not to do it often, due to his moral standpoint. He's not even sure why he lied in the first place, but it's too late to take it back now, no matter how much he wants to shove the words back into his mouth. He supposes that it's easier than admitting how in love he is with someone who only feels lust.

Enjolras leans in more, which is not fair, not when he looks at Grantaire as if he really wants him to be on his side. It’s the first time Enjolras has actually used that look on him, as if he expects he can convince Grantaire, make him trust his word. Enjolras should know he doesn’t need to look at Grantaire like that to hook him. There’s no need for that.
Enjolras claims he wants to make amends. Grantaire thinks he knows why.
