“So how was your day, my Prince? Was it as busy as mine?” After giving Happy the fish, she sat on the edge of her bed, looking out at the window view.
Hearing Lucy refer to him as “my” twisted something in his heart. What he disliked was the “Prince” part.
“When are you going to stop calling me that?” He quizzed, walking closer into the room and sitting in her vanity chair.
“When you’re no longer a prince. Then, I’ll call you Your Majesty.” Her eyebrows furrowed in self-amusement.
Whenever he looked at her, there were stars in his eyes, he knew how beautiful she was and couldn’t stop staring at her. He looked away a bit embarrassed at his own thoughts, trying not to let on what he was thinking.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and they both froze. Lucy’s eyes widened and she panicked.
“Who is it?”
“It’s Lisanna, I wanted to talk to you.” Lucy stands up from her bed frantically. Looking around her room for something, anything, to get her out of this.
“You have to leave! Out the window, quickly!” she whispers.

Summary

Rescued, but imprisoned, Zuko finds himself no further from death on a water tribe ship. Sokka, the chief, would see him bleeding out on the boards of the deck as justice. He's a fire bender, the evil of the war that his father rages through their world. Zuko hasn't been a part of that war. Not for years. Now he's thrust back into it against his will, finding himself fighting on a side he never expected to be a part of. Maybe he'll find a cause worth fighting for; someone worth fighting for.

He stupidly agrees to bring Zuko along for Christmas.

Summary
When sports agent Zuko has a crisis of conscience, he pens a heartfelt company-wide memo that only seems to resonate with single father and company accountant Sokka. Juggling deals for clients like Toph Beifong is hard, but dealing with the repercussions of his memo might be harder, and finding himself might be the hardest.
Meanwhile, Sokka is a single dad, making it work, and finds Zuko to be the first person outside of his family he can believe in.

Sokka moved to Republic City for his makeshift family. The deal was if they all managed to get into the school, they'd go. No, Sokka should have known that of course they'd get in, and of course he'd be alone in a big city while they were in school- Unless it was a gig, but that left a lot of time to himself. So, he'd gotten a new job, new life, a new start.
He did wish he were less alone sometimes though.
