Not everybody knew. She didn’t even know what was there to know. Alicent and her had been best friends since they were five years old and as of, like, a few months ago they started kissing sometimes. And then more frequently than sometimes. And then in public. But they didn’t really talk about it, so Rhaenyra just assumed Alicent didn’t want to make a fuss out of it.
