It’s two in the morning when Blue wakes up to the front door opening.
He sits up in his bed, rubbing his eyes as carpet-muffled footsteps stumble around the apartment. He sighs and reaches over to his nightstand, plucking off the black rectangular framed glasses and putting them on.
“Red?” Blue calls out, staring directly at his shut door as if he could see right through it.
A startled ’shit!’ erupts from the other side, followed by a thud that Blue is sure is from Red bumping into a wall.
With a huff, Blue leans to his side to reach over and turn on the lamp resting on top of his nightstand. This was becoming an all too common occurrence and in Blue’s opinion, it’s far too early for this bullshit.

When nothing happened, Blue sighed and tried slowing his racing heart.
As Blue turned off the CD player and placed his headphones on his desk, he heard the 'tap' again.
This time, Blue rushed to his window and opened it up, quickly leaning his upper half out the window to search for the noise.
Right when Blue finally gave up and retreated back into his room-
"Boo bitch!" A head suddenly popped through Blue's window.
